MC063 seller performance below standard and banned
 

Been hit with the dreaded MC063. It doesn't say how long I am banned for so I presume its forever? this is the first time i've been hit with any Selling restrictions on this stealth account. Usually it would be for 30 days but the fact it doesn't say a time makes me think its forever?

Apparently my DSRs were low. I will post a copy of them later but in 12 months and over 200 transactions my ratings were all above 4.8. I think the most i had was 4 people give me low 1s and 2s for item not as described. My overall feedback is 98.5% with one case opened against me.

Do I get rid of this account now? start fresh? my pp is still ok but since its linked to that account, i presume i will have to do a new pp as well if i'm going to do a new stealth account? any advice? :(

yes first transgression and yes it is indefinate as i just spoke 2 them. I remember when they would give you 30 days to rectify the situation but nothing. Plus they go on the yearly DSRs and not the past three months (I've had no low ratings the past three months) but this doesnt count. I had max 2% of people leave 1 and 2 dsrs and the reason was when i first started i forgot to block certain countries from bidding, they bid, won and when the item took a long time to get there, i was left low DSRS for shipping and subsequently on the other 3 areas.
