Question about starting again after suspension
 

hi guys, this is the best place I can ask this question so here goes:

I have been trading as a business on my mums name and it got suspended 3 months ago due to a unknown reason they did not tell me ( but i think i got reported for some duplicate controllers i sold )

i was real stupid and silly, now i want to start again fresh and clean on MY name.

The new account: the ONLY detail which will be the same is the address.

Does this have a risk of my new account getting suspended?
Will there be any problems?

i contacted customer support about my situation ( obv i didnt tell them that it was me trading on my mums name, and they said that its the system that performs the checks and you wouldnt know untill you dont try)

what do you guys think? what should i do diffrently? whats gonna happen?

Do you use the same ip address you used with the previous account?

Is your last name same as your mums ?

Regardless of the above.....

your going to use the same address as an account that recently been banned there and selling the same items from that address as the account that was banned ?

Why even bother using your real name, Just learn the game while you here and go stealth from the start

don't do it, i got banned so i tried to use another account, same address, similar listings, they suspended that account as well they also suspended my sons who had never done anything wrong, association i guess.
