Too close to home?

Hi,

i have a relative who lives on the same street as me (im suspended) ,they have different surname and have never been on ebay/pp anyway.

If i use this address with a new bank acc etc could i use my surname or would it be linked as it is the same street?

I don't live in the UK but I assume that the rules of stealth apply no matter where so in my opinion if you use a different name, with that address you should be fine as long as that address has not been used by them and you get their permission.

Not a viable suggestion.

If Manual Review looks at your account, you are detected.

Stealth means a new you.

Same info repeated is a nono

Also be careful of even selling the same items
