Looking for some help...

Ive recently been suspended from selling due to low dsr's on shipping times... However some strange things happened to my account when it happened and when I spoke to eBay the guy I spoke to and his supervisor didnt know what it was...

I have screen shots etc and sent it to them, they tried giving me excuses but every excuse backfired on them, then they cut the call short after getting angry with me.
