Hello Neewbie Here I had 900 Feedback 99% Pos. Ive been shut down now for about 3 days and just had an appeal rejected. I believe its down to having my item as described below standard as Ive had people open cases just becasue an item doesnt fit. I had 1 person out of a 1000 question the authenticity of an item, even tho everything i sell is Genuine.

Ive just read the Great stealth Guide (worth every penny), and was wandering when setting up my new account if I was to use a variation of my name could I keep my surname the same or should I have a completly different one?

Also does anyone know, when lifting limits on Paypal do they always require a jpeg of Driving Liscence and Utility Bill, Its been that long I cannot remember?

A completely different name usually works best. I've never had any issues with any bank on names being totally different.

Regarding receiving limit question - answer is yes, on the basis that the account is stealth.

If Im using a different name how can i lift the receiving limits, as I wont have a driving liscene in that name or utility bill?

Just going over the stealth guide once will not do it. Go over it again and again. You will find information the second and third time that you did not absorb the first time.
Also go use this forum to tune up your plan. Alot of great information here.

Don't lift the limits, just make more stealth accounts and spread sales
