well that was a bit unexpected..MC999 message
 

having been banned full stop on my old account + paypal account suspended, and before i took the stealth plunge, i thought i'd list something on my buying account - just to see what happened

now these accounts have 100% been linked before by ebay

listed one BIN sale, which sold no problem.

got this message this morning

Pleasant surprise...for now maybe. I still would not keep my hopes high for the longetivity of this account - maybe it will work for a bit but you never know when it can go down - you have been linked...and what about your pp? is your old pp suspended too? Good luck on this pp account...really a waste of time on your part for longetivity but...best of luck regardless

Hmmmm...me thinks not.

If you had been you would have been shut down straight away.....the very fact you still have your account proves its guess work on Eby's side.

Take heed for this and use everything diffrent...everything...simular user name to an account you have just had Shut down is silly and has cost you already.

listed my 15 items max, put them all down as 1 day dispatch with free p&p - sold 8 of them

woke up this morning to read that my selling limits have changed to 100/3.5k

You got lucky. I wouldn't question it.

don't worry, i'm not questioning anything with eBay!

i'm also not going to rely on this account 100%, but i'll take what they've given me for the moment

take it with a grain of salt.

Make your stealth accounts too.

Quickly learn the correct methods. learn how to not be linked.

One gift from ebay may be all you get. Nuture that account.

Thats the attitude :) make backups right away - begin building

Apply all that you know of stealth to keep this one apart from any other accounts.
