HELP: I don't know where I did wrong
 

I had two very good selling account, both silver TRS and power seller. One day, ebay suddenly suspended all my accounts, and it's big shock for me on that day. After contacting with them, we still don't know why they suspended all these accounts, but finally they reinstate one only for buying.
I read through stealth book and follow it step by step to create a new account. I can list 10 items at first, then I got confirmation code to get 100 items listing limitation.
Soon, I got email from ebay to ask to call them to review my account. I called them, they asked some question, then told me they can see my account is related to the other account, one restricted account, so sorry, I can't sell on ebay.
I don't know where I did wrong. What can I do now? I have to learn from this lesson. Anybody can give me some suggestion.

Ebay and paypal upset me not because of this. When ebay closed my shop, suspended my old accounts.

They sent emails to all buyers, so after that, buyers kept open case to say item not received. We have posted all items when buyers paid and kept all the proof of posting.

Some items were posted just by Royal Mail small packet, without tracking number, so they got money back.

We did have tried to contact these buyers by email to tell them we have posted to them. 1 or 2 of them are honest, when they received the item, they paid money back to me.

Some they just ignore my email. I had the bad feeling that is ebay help them to cheat.

Your new account got linked to your previous suspended accounts probably via IP, tracking cookies, address, name or a combination of any or all of these.

Research the forum and consider getting the stealth guide to avoid making such mistakes on future accounts.

Sounds like a very rough time.
When you create a stealth you have to make sure it is totally unrelated to your old accounts.

Just follow the stealth guide carefully and your onto a winner. It will take time to build and account up to be able to sell to the levels that you were, so you can build up multiple accounts.

At first it is better to just concentrate on one account though until you have a good understanding of stealth.

Also dont rush it, take your time, its hard having to start again. It may take you a few months to get back to the level you were at but it will be worth it. I still remember when my first power seller account got closed, days felt like weeks but i m busy now than I was before, lot of great info here which will help you get back stronger than before. Make new linkfree accounts - read the guide - ask questions - make new accounts - build them up...takes time but time is well worth it

^This. It's clear by your post that you're not that familiarized about stealth and the tactics. It's something that you have to continuously work on and learn. Before I read the stealth guide, I was in the same predicament over and over again. You have to read it and be sure to apply what you've learned in the future, best of luck :yar:
