EBAY ban help ? please
 

hi guys a little help would go down great.

ok i have been on ebay for around year selling to help get me by and today i got banned for ebay saying the dvd i sold was copyright :(

i have had a couple of warnings in the past but today total ban i have emailed ebay stating item found on youtube it was a help guide to photography nothing from any major retailer or company.

my paypal was in good standing and had 300 quid in it today so i have removed that to bank no problems is there any chance of getting my account back from ebay or is it a case of banned and they dont listen to my excuse and plea of being sorry
just had a look round this site looks great for info it came up on a google search for ebay banned me lol so ill stick around for help

Are you totally banned or have you been limited in any way?
If banned then try creating stealth accounts.

Stealth is the way to go. Copyright infringement is considered a severe violation by eBay. They are unlikely to reinstate the account, especially after sending you two warnings.

RE OP - That EB account is all but dead. Create new stealths.

. This happens a lot - dont waste your time and energy on old accounts with problems.
