I have checked your account and we've indefinitely restricted your account from selling due to meeting the minimum performance standards needed to sell on eBay. I can see from our records that we sent you notification to remind you of your selling status last 20 January 2013. As you probably know we that you are being rated based on how happy the buyers are with the items they received.
Your selling will not be possible anymore here in eBay because you have went beyond the required maximum percetages and counts of low DSRs on the area of Shipping time where got a rating of 12.50%. We don't permit members who repeatedly fail to fulfil their obligations as a seller to continue trading here in eBay. As an option, you may continue to buy items, leave Feedback, and access emails in My Messages.
I trust I was able to clarify the situation for you.

Stealth is your only option. However, can you improve your shipping times? If the same thing happens on the new account, the same result will occur.

Create stealth accounts and make sure you improve on shipping
