eBay 7 Day Suspension
 

Hi all, i'm a eBay powerseller with 10,000+ feedback and just received my first eBay suspension 2 days ago and around 10 of my listings removed due to a company reporting it for copyright in-figment.

I am banned for 7 days, but question is what happens after these 7 days and my account in the future?

Let's say another company decides to report my listings will i get another chance or will i be banned from eBay permanently?

It seems you can't sell anything on eBay though unless its nuts and bolts :s there will always be someone there thinking you are infringing on their copyrighted product.

So what i'm going to do from now on i think, is leave all my low risk items and try and direct all the traffic to my website best i can and leave the majority of my products on there.

But yeah, any advice on what is the best to do with my account now would be appreciated, as said this is my first ban, do i get any more chances?

You cant sell whatever you got banned for - you can explain it here but the ONLY ones who need explanation is eB....you will need their permission.

You do get more chances - 30 day is next suspension followed by ban but...don't risk it.

Time to make stealth accounts - get clarification on what you can do to SELL you item from eB itself.

Make sure you don't sell what ever it was you were selling that got removed again.

I would build up a few stealth accounts, just as back ups
