Hello all,

Firstly im new so sorry if im asking in the wrong area,

OK i have a few question for you all if you dont mind me asking,

Im gong to make a stealth ebay and paypal account so i need to know the following,

1) can the ebay account name and address be different from the paypal ones?


2) can i verify both PayPal, and eBay with a vcc and by using a voip phone line? or is just one sufficient?


3) if i used a genuine bank account to verify ( a friends account ) would i need to use the debit card that came with the bank or could a vcc do the same? also would i need to use the same name on the account ( his) for both eBay and PayPal ? or would a made up one be ok.


4) If PayPal was verified by a bank account , vcc or debit card and phone would this lift the 21 day waiting for funds limit or do the normal rules apply?


5) if i listed 10 items on a new account would all the money be held for these items or just a few?


6) I see that people are selling accounts, do they also buy accounts or are these all made by the sellers.

i have many more im sure, but most ive found on this very informative site

I think the first thing you need to do is buy the stealth guide, read it, read it again and then see what questions you have

ANS Need to be stealth but whatever details you use need to match each other exactly!

ANS Yes with a VCC but you will need a new number anyway and a voip works fine. Check out the forum if you need help in this area

ANS Don't use a friends account. You are asking for trouble! Open a basic bank account using real details! You dont use the card with the account for verification, use the VCC for that! The bank account is just so you get and can use a sort code and account number for withdraw. Check the forum for acceptable bank accounts with mismatch names.

ANS No, all new accounts will go though this! Send items with tracking and it may release quicker.

ANS Yes, all, unless you send with tracking then it can be released quicker.

6) I see that people are selling accounts, do they also buy accounts or are these all made by the sellers.

ANS They often are the creators of these accounts, ones who have mastered stealth.

all correct answers but

2. eb verifies with call (a mobile is ok) not card anymore as far as I know and paypal is confirmed with minimum of a card (vcc ok) this enables you to have the paypal, after this you can choose to verify with bank.

4. verify relates to adding a bank. If you just add a card you will not be verified but you can use the paypal for receiving up to £650 and sending/spending.

Ok great, what about cookies and emails I'm safe if I only open emails, eBay ,PayPal and any other associated thing with my stealth if I'm on different user account and a dongle correct?

I like to do all activity - cookies, e-mails, whatever - ONLY when in the right user accounts - much safer

No, better to have fully matching details. paypal can be strange if info differs.


Use a vcc to verify your paypal. attach that paypal to ebay. (One less step). Voip works OK.


Never good to use a friends info. Make your own account. Debit card from the bank should not be used. It fails AVS & has your info. VCC confirms the account & lifts £650 monthly limits. Again ,all info on ebay/paypal must match.


You are confusing terms. Bank account verifies paypal. VCC confirms paypal. 21 day holds apply for as long as paypal sees fit to apply them


Operate on the basis of the high chance of holds. Make sure you have funds for postage etc. I hope you are not drop-shipping.

Ok some good answers there thx, so what about payments from outside ebay that may get paid into the account do these come under the 21 days hold? Or is it just eBay items ?

So without a bank account there's no other way to withdraw my money? And if you get linked you must open another account correct?

You can SPEND the money but to withdraw, you need the bank account.

If you get LINKED and SUSPENDED, of course you will need new account

Need bank account to withdraw. Now way around that.

If you get linked, then I would start creating other accounts, but it may be weeks or even months before the linked accounts get shut down.

Also if I buy a Vcc from one of the sellers on here do they come with money on them for the withdrawals?

I think you may have misunderstood something.

VCC is just used to 'confirm' your paypal account, and enables you to sell on eBay. It has nothing to do with withdrawing funds. You can then also use a VCC that has a balance on it to buy items on eBay or pay ebay fees instead of using your PP balance. It also makes the PP more trustworthy in PP eyes.

A bank account 'verifies' your PP, and lets you withdraw money from PP straight to your bank account. It also generally increases your selling limits on EB to 25 items. This also increases your trustworthiness in PP eyes.

The best PP will have a VCC attached, and a verified bank account.

Are you asking does the VCC come with funds on them?

For example, if you buy a VCC for £15, does it come with £15 on it?

Depends on the seller - and the amount. Ask the seller directly.

Totally depends on the seller. Some may offer this service, others will not.

The one thing that I can almost guarantee is that if you buy a VCC for £15, it will have less than £15 credit on it. Profits must be made after all.
