i have been waiting many weeks now before i go stealth

i have read and understood the guide, i know about the ip address etc, but tell me if i use a bank account (a new one) could ebay see the address that the card is registered to or do the banks not let that information go?

Yes ebay can see the address if you use the card the bank issue you with as this is known as a AVS check.

The bank account (account number and sort code) is all you need from opening a bank account to add it to PayPal. For the AVS card verification, you need to use a VCC and not the card issued by the bank as this will link you to your real address.

For the bank account, you provide the routing number and account number - no card involved OP. Bank wont give out the address and name of the account holder automatically - name can go out if you upload funds to PP

By rights, this info is not exchanged.

If you do a funds transfer, your name may be seen.

Usually we say only the sort code and account number are seen.

What bank do you have in mind to use?

Sounds exciting to be ready to start again.

I've been paranoid about the upload money to paypal part. If they do the micro deposit, and then take the money back, will they see my name? I have a regular checking account, and they were able to take the money back. I got an MC999 and had to do a public records question which I could not pass. My first 3 stealths were from debit cards, which had checking numbers that they could not withdraw. They can deposit, but cannot withdraw, so the deposits still remained, got a few pennies worth. Since they cannot withdraw, the couldn't see my name.

Now I am worried about the accounts that has the ability to withdraw. Does this mean they can see my name?

I prefer Natwest over Barclays.

ok will today go and open a netwest account so that is ready to go, so do i still need a vcc to varify paypal?

VCC will CONFIRM the pp.

Technically, when the micro deposits are taken back, the true name can be send - it's part of the agreement we make when we sign up with PP. Is it going to lead to limitation? Low likelihood as a lot of us have good working PP accounts...depends more on how you operate

I use Co-Op bank on my stealth account which has lasted just over 2 years now & i haven't had any problems so far!

You need to use a bank that accepts mismatched names which i'm sure you already know! :)
