Reversed suspension?
 

Has anyone come accross this problem?

I got MC999 a few months ago. All listings removed.

Pestered them for a week or 2 to find out if I could get back on.

They sent me a long winded letter saying that sorry but distressing as it is goodbye.

Paypal the same

After a few weeks I got my fees for the end of the month. They were about £150 at the time. I was broke at the time (still am) so didn't pay. Next month the fees went up. Must have been for my shop, and then up again up to £330.

I started getting messages through saying, pay or we will suspend you. WTF

Is this a ploy to get you to pay up? They def banned me to start with.

I got a letter today from a collection agy, saying to call in (I never logged back in to ebay to see about the matter)

Just wondering if anybody else has had the same issue. Have they UNsuspended me? Is this typical ebay procedure?:confused:

I will ring up tomorrow and find out what they are up to, let you know what they say.

P.S. I will pay the cash back to them what is owed when I start to get money coming back in, minus the fees for a shop that is no use to me!

Not been in the same situ but heard form the forum stories of similar instances, basically it is a ploy for ebay to get you to pay your fees. Your account is suspended and will remain so when you pay.

Yeah, I thought so. It did make me wonder though. "have I really been suspended?"

Forgot to ring today. I will ring tomorrow and post what they say.

Like I say I will pay but not for a shop that can't be used.

Catalogue payments though, £2 per week over 100 weeks!! :heh:

P.S. How greedy and stupid is ebay? They ban me and lose any business I would generate and then they are chasing me for a piddely £130 or so. And trying to charge for fees that dont apply.

Yeah I will dude when I start earning a bit again. Struggling at the minute! :(
