Selling on ebay uk with USA ip address and uk house address
 

Is it possible to sell on ebay uk with USA ip address and a made up/phake uk house address.

Ebay will be able to see am logging in from USA ip address. I have a friend in USA who will manage the account.

What you do is MAKE the account on eb.com...then LOG INTO uk.co.uk and sell on the platform - that is better option.

I have done this all the time...and vice-versa.

I also do operate UK accounts that sell only on eb.co.uk - USA account that sell only on eb.com and Canadian, etc.

Just curious... Why would one want to sell in uk if they're based in USA? Besides sales. Aren't there enough sales you can already get in USA? Doesn't selling in another country adds complication you don't need?

To sell on EB UK you are best having a UK IP

Not a good plan.

Made up addresses fail quickly in the UK.

Red flags will certainly get raised. It is easy enough to get a UK IP in the USA, so that would be the better route.
