Stealth account 14 months old, no violations, no branded items. 99.5% feedback but now...

After reviewing your eBay account, we have concerns about your selling activity. As a result we’ve taken the following actions on your account:
- Selling privileges have been indefinitely restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited any associated fees to your account.

Our decision is based on evidence from our records and our goal to keep eBay a safer place for buyers and sellers. We're not comfortable with your selling practices or business model, and we feel they don't help to promote a positive buying and selling environment.

Not been doing anything differently, a few BIN's and a few auctions all legit items. Also my pp is fully verified no limits

Can you be sure 100% your items are legit?

Look at the items and see if they are in fact the real McCoy to be sold on ebay uk.

There is a difference sometimes.

USA users were getting a similar notice which made no sense.

Do you have a lot of competitors who sell the same items and possibly could report you?

Nasty scum, this is peoples bread and butter.
They seem to do this waaay to often for no real genuine reason and to permanently (attempt) to ban is ridiculous.

Ah, here's the key to living with ebay/paypal.

Both will have reasons for suspending accounts.

Quite often those reasons are not understanderable to sellers.

Stealth allows us to learn to beat ebay & paypal.

Then we win

Perhaps there is an underlying issue the op is unaware of.

For example i never knew untill i came here everytime ebay take down a listibg it is a violation and counts against your account. One to many of those and your toast and left wondering why.

I am afraid we cannot be more specific than this, but keep in mind that you're restricted only for selling on eBay. You may continue purchasing on our site without any limits. We encourage you to continue your activity on our site as buyer and to follow all policies.

I truly am sorry you got zapped. It hurts so much more when it's a stealth account that you have looked after & tried to run well.

If your category was Media, then that may have been what flagged it.

Now go swear, scream and yell your head off. Call them for all the names they deserve.

Then start the next new account.

Move onwards quickly.
