eBay UK "Page not responding"
 

I try to list anything on ebay UK and when I click on for example 'browse categories' it always says 'Page Not Responding'.
I tried to clear my cache, cookies, use different browsers and even different computer in other city. Non-helped.
Am I restricted to list things on ebay UK ?

ebay UK customer service on phone don't have any idea how to help.

May just be a glitch on eBay, they are pretty common.

Give it 24 hours.

It is being a problem for me from last sunday, so it's a week right now.

Now, they are saying I should change my ebay acc to 'Registered Business Seller' to continue listing items on ebay UK.

Have anyone any idea ?

havent encountered this ever

instead of browse category why not add item or find a similar item on ebay already listed and click sell similar, then categories will be prepopulated

it depends, it might be you got looked at and you are selling 'as a business' or too many listings and need to convert to business acc.

I do not know of this glitch, so there is something wrong with your acc, only way to solve it is to push for answers, ask for a manager. I always say I am very 'upset' and get emotional that usually gets me a result...

Could you confirm if you got the notice regarding business accounts before or after the problems started?

Yes I did. There was an information just once to change the ebay acc from private to business. From then on, just Page Not Responding shows when I want list any item on ebay US and/or UK. Other countries works good.
