Trademark Violation ?
 

Hi to all, im a new user.

Last month I got my account suspended because of "Trademark Violation" I didnt understand this and was told to do a Tutorial on Ebay and read the policies, which i did. Not one of my items abuses these policies, all pictures are mine and the descriptions are mine and the products are 100% genuine.

I get my account re-instated then 2 days later WHAM! im blocked again!

Same reason

Trademark Violation. - I have emailed ebay countless times asking for them to tell me SPECIFICALLY whats going on.

but they dont even reply anymore :-(

What are you selling? Are you sure they're 100% genuine? :cool:

You obviously relisted the item - which was infringing copyright laws.

Im selling fragrance, I used to run my own perfumery store and its surplus stock, believe me, its genuine, my feedback says so as its at 100%.

As for re-listing the same item, well i didnt. I made sure all items listed were mine, owned by me and are and always will be genuine.

For example..

Chanel No.5.

Now, whats the problem with me sellingthis? Am i not allowed to say the word Chanel? am i not alowed to list a photo? am i not allowed to say its brand new? Im just confused.
