Requesting Higher Selling Limits
 

Hey I was wondering there could be chance in which eBay will require you to confirm the code which they sent to you by a letter to increase the selling limits. My question is if it is a stealth account and you dont have access to the address how would you go on about this

If you don't have access to the address then you won't be able to get the code, will you?

When you click "Request Higher Selling Limits" it goes to a screen with the account information on it. Tick the box and press continue.

If it is going to send a letter it will immediately state this and ask if you wish to proceed. All you can do is close down the browser and forget it. The account will still get natural limit increases but you'll be starting with a limit of 10 items per month.

You wouldn't go about it if you dont have access to the address because you wouldn't be able to see the letter....?

It has been mentioned 1 in 60 accounts get the letter so there's a low chance. If you want higher limits from day 1 you need to prove you're a business and have valid documents, invoices etc..

Had 2 increases and never been offered a letter, but I agree with the others have an address you can access or use a mail forwarding company. I use 1 just incase and for £15 they will forward 10 peices of mail for free :)
