New eBay account - help needed with account creation

So once I create an account, it asks me to verify my identity and log in to either my PayPal or create a new PayPal with bank info.

What shall I do?
very annoying.

You must be doing something paypal doesn't like if its asking you for identity verification as soon as you make the account.

Outline your actions.

so this is ebay demanding that you link a buyer account to verified paypal or is this a business account?

Yep, could be getting linked somehow or not verified/confirmed account. Could be a number of things.

If this is when you click "Request Higher Limits" then it is a perfectly normal process.
