EBAY dead, PAYPAL alive

I registered a new eBay Stealth account and a new PAYPAL account at the same day.

Strange EBAY account was limited within hours (everything new) but PAYPAL still alive and I had been over 10 transactions from other marketplace in my PAYPAL until now.

I don't want to waste my bank account and I want to know if I am going to close my PAYPAL account, can I re-use my bank account later?

That was linked with my UK bank account and I am not sure what happened like this?

I also have an Chinese PAYPAL /EBAY account, which I was told from EBAY China and PAYPAL that I can re-use them as all information will be gone once accounts closed.

No you can't use the same bank account again on any other paypal account, better off just shutting down the bank account if you have no other use for the paypal and then opening a new one in a few month with the same bank

But you will need to find a new bank account for each and any ebay UK accounts.

But you also need to work out what killed your ebay account as it sounds like you did something to upset them.

That exact account cannot be re-used. You need to have at least another account number from the bank.

No matter what they will tell you. All informations will still be there in their database, ready to link you with your next account.

The Paypal account can be used for other things - you cannot use it immediately for eB but you can use it to make purchases or perhaps website, etc.
