its a sofa that she paid cash on collection for so most of the things been spoken about don't come in play like distance selling regulations.

if its a used (second hand one) then she don't have a leg to stand on.

You really need to speak to ebay and explain the situation more.

If she leave NEG , Report it, it might be removed, failing that suck it up.

eBay found in my favour which is great :) however she has won 3 items under different accounts now and not paid. I know it's her because I didn't have any before this transaction and then I've had 3 in 3 weeks lol. Silly bitch
