Instant MC999 when selling abroad
 

Not a warning exactly, just a note to remind people of the risk of selling abroad (or attempting in this case).

Have someone back in england acting as a transporter of sold (currently in france) and attempted to start selling yesterday.

Unfortunately it was six in the morning and in my sleepy state i had forgot that i had cleared all my data (including cookies) the day before i tried to sell on the account.

Also, to remember that you will need to establish the new ip aswell which i had also forgot.

In eBay's eyes new computer (which is what it looks like if you clear cookies) and new ip (in France) looks incredibly suspicious.

So there goes an account.

However...

I would like to sell here so have been building up my cookies on my other user account (which is associated with another stealth) while using a new ip (obtained by resetting), was wondering how long do you guys spend browsing on the new ip before you sell abroad?

Be happy it is that suspension.

You should be able to have it lifted.
