I got an MC999 and 7 day suspension should I call them
 

It is a vero item but I have a shop receipt and photos of the product.

Should I call them to see if they will lift the suspension if I provide my receipt or will that make matters worse?

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and you have called in and got the restriction lifted?

Could very well make matters worse...for the sake of the account, you might want to let it cool and not sell this item.

I would make a new stealth account and build it - communicate with eB about sale of this item PRIOR to listing...perhaps that's one approach.

It's so hit-and-miss with Vero :(

Some Stealth rules in my closet
#1. Do not call eBay unless it is a soft MC999,
#2. Delete eBay number from your phone,
#3. Do not talk to eBay rep, unless it is a soft MC999,
#4. If you are in doubt, find the best option in the above rules.

Absolutely 1000% do not call them, it's only a 7 day suspension, you can live with that and use that time to build couple of new accounts as has been suggested, that's you best approach with this one peterspike

:amen::amen::amen: wait one more thing....:amen: soft MC999 which is always called a "restriction" NOT a suspension are easy to get around just a bunch of dumb questions. I walk away from suspended account because you will always be marked even if you are lucky to get it unfrozen which almost never happens.

MC999 can be give regardless of if the item is real or not.

A receipt may well make no difference.

Cool the account off and do not sell that brand again

Why do you recommend delete ebay # from your telephone? Please explain since I have it in my phone just to make sure I don't answer it.

I keep the number saved too in case a call comes but I don't make it for outgoing calls
