New Ebay with Old PayPal
 

Hi Everyone,

Just need a bit of advice regarding an Ebay issue.

Background:

A couple of months ago my Ebay selling privileges were cancelled because I had five items in a row that got cases opened. Very frustrating. Anyway - I called them up and asked if I could start selling small again and they said no.

Now I'd like to know:

If I go through the usual stealth processes (flash cookies, new user, new ip etc etc) and go an open a new ebay account with stealth deets, can i still use my old Paypal - to reiterate there is nothing wrong with my paypal. It is fully verified and has no limits on it at all. I will not list the same items and will of course slowly build up feedback buying before selling.

My main issue is will my paypal link them to my old restricted ebay and thus shut down my new ebay (even if all stealth deets on the new one are fine...cards, addresses etc).

Any help much appreciated.

No you cannot re-use your old Paypal as you cannot NEVER reuse any of your personal/account informations.

This will create a link between your accounts. Your ebay account will be shut down and your paypal account could follow...

Get the stealth guide and read the forum.

Start fresh with both stealths. Ebay+Paypal... this works very well.

Do ebay not let you attach any paypal to an ebay though? Thought that was an option?

To reiterate - i've read the stealth guide - my issue is more subtle that - it's about linking an okay paypal to an okay ebay (i can still buy on ebay - i'm not limited at all except for selling)

No dont do this! Info must match up and you should NOT use ANY old pp or eb with a new pp or eb

If you do this London, your ok paypal AND your brand new ok ebay will be forever linked and will have both gone down the proverbial plughole for eternity never to be seen or heard of again! This is assuming you are talking about using that old Paypal from your suspended account.
