What happened today is the worst.

Got the MC113 notice

My eBay is suspended.
This came a shock to me because this account is 91.1 % feedback. Only one negative feedback from the problematic buyer which I have stated in my other thread.
DSR all 5.0

I called eBay in regards to this. I was passed on to some overseas agent who was reading from the wall.

Finally I came across some Dublin call centre which was a lot of help.
( I only call eBay with my real accounts)

The reason I was suspended because they didn't like my business modules.
I asked them to be more specific.

Told me about my description weren't clearer. Seriously that's load of !!!!!
Did not like my pricing structure. Said it is cheap. Duh, it is plastic plates etc etc.
These are what other eBay sellers are selling at.
I told them I have invoices and receipts for my items in UK.
And the items I am selling can't never be questionable because I do not think someone can fabricate plastic dishes.


Then the reason for suspended account " Your account is link to previous account"
I know this is not true too.
I know the difference from stealth to real account.

My my real accounts. I use a new laptop, new camera, new mobile dongle.
Absolutely different items from stealth.
This account was getting promoted to Top Rated on the 20th February.

I just do not what's eBay problem is. Not shifting from their decision.
I have called 3 times already.
For stealth accounts I would have not bother. This is a real account. So I want to fight this.

Items that I sold aren't a problem. They all bought in UK from licensed holders and reputable suppliers.

Then when this didn't work. Then the agent said, we had complaints from 4 buyers that items aren't described.
This is untrue too. But I guess some competitor has got it in for me.

I know the stealth game for too long and I had my share of problems too.
But to let go for a real account is a real bumper.

In 2008 when I came to this site. I learnt loads of information that I can't be thankful enough.
I was worse off then. I was just like you all when you hit that rock bottom with eBay.
But this forum kept me going.

I operate many successful stealth. I spread my sales. I learnt to never leave eggs in one basket.

What I feel today is slightly what I felt in 2008.
Fed up. Fed up with the eBay ruining people.
Fed up putting in the hard work and be kick off to like your mean nothing
And you know the rest emotion we all went through.

Even though I am in a better position now I can't help rotten of a real account being lost.

Stealth is good too. But nothing beats a real account.
Peace of mind when you can eBay up anytime

eBay. Is just a big monster that bullies their customers like garbage.

I would never give up fighting them.
Used and abuse just like eBay does.

Might they have made waves and done damage here?

You need to use deception to win with ebay, because they use it against you, I understand that you are more comfortable to use a real account, it is good for the conscience this is because you have something called morality, however some people have no morality such as ebay and paypal and they do not care.... this is why you need to go back as you did in 2008 and use deception against them, as they use it against you. I think mentality is it not good, because it is like a personality disorder and it can breed into a pathological liar, because you using deception against them and then it COULD become the norm if you talking to other people. The best thing is to be honest with yourself and mind and close friends and family, however dealing with a company such as ebay and paypal you need to use deception to win.

Man, this sucks bag of dicks.
I feel for you- Clearly they have done you over and there is very little you can do. Luckily it's not the first time it has happened to you so you know how to bounce back and you'll keep the stealth going strong.
It's just a reminder that you are still dealing with eBay and just because you've not had any major problems since 2008, they are still eBay and they will still **** you over every now and again.

If I was you, I would keep calling them 3 times a day for next eternity, just because if you are right, you need to stick to your guns. You'll most likely not get your account back, but the fact that you can harass them and you know that you have not done anything to deserve this should be enough to fuel your rage for another 7 years!

Back to stealthin I guess?

I'm sure your use of dicks is probably going to get you in some sort of trouble.

Newbie suspended female googles ebay suspended how to get another account. Comes here starts reading posts about dicks. Gets turned off never gets the stealth guide or get back onto ebay.

Not trying to point fingers or call you out. Just making the mods work harder that's all.

So sad to read this eternity4u, you gave setting a super example for us with your successes, it is always good to read about what what has been happening with you and how you have coped with it, chin up and get building more stealths!

This issue I had was in beginning of February. This account belonged one of my family member who had no use of it.
Was a solid account and was very down that day. I had some bad news, and the suspension made it worse.


Since then I have managed to reinstate my eBay and PayPal that was made in 2005.

I have a post about that. I do not how to link that thread to this post.

I is actually a waste of time to fight MC. The best you can do - create an army of stealth, and to use them properly, so if EB decides to block a couple of them one day, it won't be a serious loss to you.
