New account might be restricted because of a link?
 

Hello Guys,
After few hours reading in the forum I decided to describe my problem and hope somebody can give me good advice.

My son opened a business ebay account on feb.2013 and his account was suspended as ebay linked his ebay personal accounts (2 or3) because he forgot to pay some ebay fees. After payng the fees all the accounts were suspended and he is restricted to open any accounts or sell on ebay forever but the paypal accounts are fine. He closed the accounts and use only one personal of them for buying some stuff once ot twice a month. After the restriction we have opened a new vat registered company on my name, with new lap top, new phone, new email, new bank details etc. we registered the company to address similar to my son`s address as Im running a shop next to his flat, so only the post code is the same and our surnames.
The problem is as we live together i`m using the same router every day for the new account and from the beginning(before ebay restricted my son`s account) the internet is on my name. He sometimes log in into his email which is linked to his ebay account from the new laptop but never log in into his ebay or paypal acc. (i`m not sure of ebay cookies)
Also I think he ordered a few months ago an item on ebay and he put the address which we registered the new company to for the delivery address but i`m not sure.
What do you think if I call ebay to lift my limits as I have only 100 items to list per month? The account is 70, 100% positive feedback, above standard, 0 open cases from buyers, 1 year old.
I bought a mobile wifi and I plan to use it only for the ebay and not to use the router at home.

I hope you`ll understand what my question is as my English in not perfect.
I`ll appreciate any advice.

Forget raising limits kiss goodbye to your new account


The first mistake you made was use the same internet connection for your new account as the limited accounts was created on .

Create new stealth accounts, you mentioned you have bought a new mifi, create new account on that and do not link to any of those other accounts with it. Don't leave too much in funds in your working paypal account either because if you get suspended they will keep anything left in that paypal for up to 180 days. You are probably going to get suspended as as they realise you are using a previously connection.

By creating new accounts that you can work on bringing along slowly, you will have some income to fall back on when your main account goes down. Those old paypal accounts can never be linked to any other new ebay accounts either as they would be linked then in ebay's eyes. Read up regularly around this forum as well to learn the latest info.
