UK buyer acc

Hello,
can i use brand new buyer acc with using my prev used ip address? can i use same delivery address and like prev? How about pp acc? could you please help me. Thanks

Buyer account is possible but not recommended to turn it into selling. Why risk it? Stealth is so easy to follow and less potential headache

Yes but ebay bots don't care, as soon as you make accounts with a banned IP , address, name etc.. It's automatic suspension.
