Cancelled transaction buyer
 

Hi a buyer sent me an email on gmail direct.. Then returned item and I then cancelled the transaction and choose buyer changed mind or problem with buyers address.. This has now come on my dashboard as a defect.. When I did this same thing last month it did not show a defect.. Have things changed since then?? I always thought that selecting the buyer changed mind etc.. Doesn't show.

Always shows - don't believe that anything has changed :( Sucks but it's true

Hi just last month when I did exactly the same I didn't get a defect, so I'm really confused as to why I got one this time.. Is it safe to contact eBay live chat and query this? Don't want to raise any flags!

Actually it should not show if you chose the buyer's as being the cause of the cancelation. Havnt heard of anything changing with regards to that. Would be absurd if it did since its not the seller's fault or under his control if the buyer changes their mind.
Might have been a glitch or you might have accidentally chosen the wrong option.
If its a glitch you might want to call ebay to fix it.
