Hi all, yes, i've got a suspended account due to seller non performance.

Obviously asking ebay for guidance on reinstating it is not fruitful other being told I need to improve my performance...only 5 negatives due to late delivery when a supplier let me down against 2600+ feedback.

Is there any way to get this account reistated other than asking buyers to remove feedback. I obviuosly cant improve it by selling as it's suspended. I've already asked the buyers once to remove their feedback.

Is seller non performance time limited?
Will my score improve simply by not trading? it's almost a year now, currently it shows a feedback of 8neg against 58 positive for the last 12 months. Will the account get reinstated once I've had no negative for a year?

Or is it just simly a case of giving up on this account?

I would try to get account reinstated whilst creating new ones, no way should you wait around. Im assuming youve got others, if not start creating, dont wait for those plebs to pull their finger out,

Ok, as far as I know negs dont count once a year has passed, with your record ,you have a chance of being reinstated, especially if the negs were all in a row, and you give some excuse like you had bubonic plague, probably yours is better, supplier let you down,. Have you tried calling them or livehelp, sometimes in individual cases, is helps.

feedback removal is almost impossible, ebay say so themselves, when you look it up, and as you say how can you improve if you cant trade.

have you been asked to fax anything through to reinstate, what exactly have they instructed you to do?

The have asked me to fax proof of id. I tried email and live chat no results yet. If I wait for the year to be up is there more chance of teh account being reinstated?

it depends on your how bad they think your violation is, as to whether they will reinstate you, regardless of what they ask you to send. wait the time period you have been suspended for before you fax stuff thru, so if its 30 days wait that long.

there's no time limit specified - until the outstanding issues are resoved.....

Look, youve faxed the id and waited, if you know its got there and youve emailed them to confirm you sent it, and no reply, or they keep saying they havent got it, as the film says - hes just not that in to you.

move on, Ive been there, they are ignoring you, dont waste your time, if they get back to you in the future, you can have an ebay reinstatement party with jelly and icecream (dont hold your breath)

How long does it take for non-performace to be removed from the seller dashboard?
