Got My Ebay Account Back from the dead !!!
 

Hi people.

I happily got my account back in the last few days.

Just paid off seller fees etc and promised to stay honest etc even when opening another account while being suspended.

I simply went to ebay chat (google it) and kept pleading etc and pushing them with my kindness and honesty, nearly every day until I got through.

Walla I am back on ebay with out any suspension to my name!

My Advice: Do everything in a honest and polite and right way and everything works fine.

why did you get suspend?

Some Q's:

1) reason for suspension?
2) 7 days or 1 year?
3) did you wait til the suspension period was done?
4) the other account had they linked it to the original suspended one? Was that reinstated too if so?
5) ebay chat do you mean the live help?

1) Due to opening another account in connectection with suspendede accounts.Not paying fees too etc.

2) 1 year. so i got back on 6 months earlier.

3) No I gave them grief.

4) Yes they all been reinstated.

5) ebay chat as in live help.

Tip:Go to live help every second day and push them with your trust and honesty and co-operate. I also went on a plzz plzzz plzzzz mode to get their assurance-lol. Do it in a polite way and from there onwards be honest and never break ebay rules.

Can you go on live chat with a suspended account? I tried that and when I login, there is no link for live chat after I bypass the screen where it tells me the account is suspended.

Do you have to login with another account to talk to them?

click on contact us (make sure you are not logged in)
click on "i think someone accessed my account"
to your right you should see the live help button under the "email us" button

Do you think it is works also when your account was blocked permanently?

doubt it, unless it is a genuine mistake that you can explain to them

Not dampen the success of getting the account back but keep at the back of your mind that this may not always work. Certainly recommend trying to get reinstated. Look carefully at the time/energy taken as well. At some point it may be better to move forward.
eg, spending 7 weeks hassling for one account might be better spent making new accounts

Anytime I've tried that with live help they've always told me that they are not authorized to reinstate accounts and that I have to fax in the reinstatement form to trust and safety. I just tried to get and account reinstated that was suspended for 12 months and they said no. Maybe I will try live help again.

* I am sorry to bump this thread but honestly ' live ebay help ' or a telephone chat with sincereness and honesty can help people.

You just have to be honest ' admit your mistake and keep a good name.

For goodness sakes dont ruin your names etc and start building accounts etc which will go down eventually 1 way or another or getting done for id fraud etc.

Make the right moves , phone calls letters, pay fees off , get intouch with them in a organised manner and hopefully you too can be reinstated.

Thats how i dit it and it worked for me and please note it can take weeks and patience is a key if you go with this method.
