Ebay UK and Paypal Setup CheckList
 

Can someone please tell me if I have done this correctly or give tips on alternative methods.


IP address is changed everytime using Mobile Broadband and I delete all browsing history on IE.

Ebay account Registered to random address within 2 miles from my own address.

Add Paypal account using Debit Card Under random address.

Mature for 1 month.

Add Credit Card to Paypal from VisaVCC.com

Verify by Phone Number (Friends Landline)



I have done this before and it's worked a couple of questions though.

Are there any ways of not paying the ebay fees (bit of a taboo subject I know).

Voip activation can it work?!? Some say yes but it has not for me :-(

yes voip worked for tommybod and others see posts.

not paying fees is a bit silly as you will lose account that you have built up, with time, effort and a little expense, better to try and keep it. If you lose it for other reasons, make another, ebay forces you to do this unfortunately by being uncommunicative and hard with their suspensions. There are some US forumers who dont pay fees, if you want their ids pm me, so you can look at their posts

Once you have earn't arround 2000 then Paypal becomes limited so I have to move on anyway. Building up feedback etc is easily done for me, I sell low value items at first to build it up. Never scammed anyone on ebay in my life!!! Asked about the fees thing because twice I had my paypal account limited so you must suspend all ebay listings which obviously has a cost.

ok then in that case not paying fees is a question of using a vcc to pay ebay fees, if you know you will be limited at a certain point (although that varies), you just close vcc or have nothing much in it and they cant take anything.Other reason for using vcc is if they take fees you can do a chargeback.

It means you can use them to verify your paypal account/ebay account instead of using your own card details. This is useful if you have multiple accounts as getting new CC/DC can be time consuming and in some peoples cases not available. You get the numbers emailed through for the card enter them in ebay or paypal and disco.

The difference between Visacc and Entropay are huge. Visacc is a one time use and is time limited, don't get me wrong, I have used visacc and the service is second to none and it is guaranteed to work. Entropay is multiuse, it is your account , that you are in control of, you can create as many VCC's as you like, the only problem is that it can be a bit hit or miss as to whether it works. So you have to weigh up what you need and how quickly you need it befoe making your choice. Like I say, I have used both succesfully, and both have there place and there uses.

Entropay sounds good, if you want to , i would suggest it as its cheaper in the short and long run
