ebay wants proof of name/address BUT only 16 year old- help
 

Hi there, my brother got his account banned for vero breach, in the email they said they would only suspend him for 7 days, after which he could appeal.

However with him being suspended, my main account got suspended which has over 3000 feedback :cb:

Now after emailing them to be reinstated they said before considering anything my brother must be firstly reinstated.

My brothers account details are all real HOWEVER he is 16.

they want proof of name and proof of address????

what should i do for proof of name? passport? driving license (hes not even old enough for a provisional!)

should he send in my dads license??? (even though his names are on record)

any help or advice much needed

Hey, thanks for the response, yeh but it doesnt change he is still 16 / and passport displays dob as well....

Did he put his real DOB into the ebay account?

If he put other details in, then you could try another method, but PM me for that..
