Ebay sellar account with 0 selling limit

Hi guys just made a ebay account and went to list item and got a message
your monthly selling limit are 0 item..

can someone help me with that

is it a glitch or something went wrong?

Is the PayPal you have linked verified with a bank account?

Hi yes it was verified but today i have email from papal saying

Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in XXXX to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments

i assume the account is still have verified status even DD mandate has failed as i am pretty sure i can withdraw funds, I even confirmed the bank with the code they sent

Any Suggestion ?

0 selling limit can easily be taken off my friend. try different ways. i was getting loads last year but then read on here different ways in setting up an ebay account.... good luck.

yes , chat to them and found out why theyve limited you. sometimes they only want to make sure our not a bot.
