PayPal will still remain on eBay when this new system rolls out because I found out from PayPal.

If youre going to make such a statement you should back it up with more than just 'I found out from paypal'.
We already know that for buyers paypal will still be an option.
For sellers though it is quite possible that it will NOT be. We don't know yet cause we don't have enough info.

You dont understand Managed Payments do you?

PayPal is still offered to buyers. Its paid into eBays PayPal, and then they give it to you in the form of a bank transfer every two days which is whats called Managed Payments.

It definitely wont be for sellers.

For new sellers PayPal Will still be available and for the big sellers they won’t have PayPal.

Ok I have more info I called eBay and they told me this below.


EBay will leave PayPal in 2021 that’s only for the sellers new & business sellers both. And will be using managed payment method and we can use one or multiple bank accounts on other eBay accounts up to us how we prefer it.


If anyone wants to see screenshots of proof let me know how to upload them.

They basically said it will be rolling out in 2021 global I’m not sure if that’s true. And for new sellers and business sellers they will have to join but for now new sellers are using PayPal still like me and business sellers are using the managed payment. I think it’s for us too.


eBay said I can use multiple eBay accounts with one bank account It doesn’t matter but they said if I receive a suspension the money will be stuck until I get the eBay account reinstated.

Well obviously if PayPal is going to be an option for buyer then it's also going to be an option for sellers...

The only thing that's changing is that they require everyone to ID the account like Amazon before you can begin selling. That's my understanding and I think that's what it will be but we'll see soon enough.

I think it's going to be like Venmo. It's almost impossible to reinstate a stealth venmo account because they require ID and all that so if your name is like dfkjdfj dfkjdf, then you are screwed.

Hi guys I contacted eBay today on live chat about the MP & PayPal and they said it will still be a option for all the sellers I can upload proof here if someone tells me how to upload pics.

Why don’t you try asking eBay and see for yourself what they say??? You never believe others and just like too disagree soo just stop being silly man otherwise keep your opinions to yourself no one wants to hear you say something because it always turns out to be not true or u just do it to start a argument it’s not funny u fool!!!!
