I lost many of my old ebay accounts due to the paypal account being suspended. Will I be able to reactivate these old ebay accounts without a paypl account now that ebay is using Adyen to manage payments ?

These old eBay accountS will be able to use MP after the full roll out in 2023 or sooner as all links to PayPal on association with those accounts will be severed. You will have to run the gauntlet of verification for MP which requires SSN and EIN And no stealth approach has been constructed yet to share with the community.

He’s in the UK so no SSN or EIN.

Those old eBay accounts could have been used with new PayPal accounts too

I was always lead to believe that if I attached a new paypal account to my legit ebay account it would get closed down sooner rather than later.

New PayPal account will be suspended sooner or later.
