What will happen to those accounts that have been invited to MP and have not registered ?

From what I've gathered from other threads, and posts. You will not be able to list, anything until you have registered, and have been approved. You should read the MP email. Everyone only knows as much as what the email says.

They state that you will not have the ability to list.
I myself doubt it though and think this might just be a scare tactic. A seller who doesn't list is a seller not generating revenue for them.

Also they mentioned some listings have pre determined paymwnt process

It has been three days now for us in the USA..... you can list, edit, collect paypal payments, etc... Yes ebay still calls everyday and asks you to sign up like the have the past weeks.

Yes, that has been my experience in the UK too. I was invited, did not register and am still able to operate as normal. I've been listing and selling as normal.

I suspect eBay are pushing hard to get as many people signed up to MP as possible and it is purely about taking some profit away from PayPal and into eBay. I don't believe this is about cleaning up eBay. It is simply about making money and the threat of new listing restrictions is possibly just a tactic to get as many people onto MP as possible.
