You need to update your identity information on file .....
 

Last week I uploaded bank statements and then received an email asking for ID. I uploaded dl one day later.

There's a red alert on the top of seller hub dashboard page.

You need to update your identity information on file, this is required to set you up for managed payments. Update identity information

It's been a week. I uploaded ID again last weekend. That alert is still there right now.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have the same but i have another message too ,

- You need to update the bank account you provided – this is required to set you up for managed payments. Update bank information

- Your payouts are on hold until you update your identity information. Please update to avoid further restrictions. Update identity information

Didn't upload identity information because i don't know why my bank account doesn't pass (Revolut)

I contacted support. They told me they did not know the reason. They asked me to wait.

I received activation email. Switching date will be 05-Oct.

Then I contacted support again. My account has not passed verification yet.

Update:

I think this was an eBay tech bug for some of the accounts submitting MP on week 14-Sep.

eBay received ID photo correctly but all account info (name, address, dob) were received as blanks in their system. So user had to update account info 3-4 times until the red alert disappeared.
