Weird problem - maybe MP related?

I was informed a few weeks ago that my MP would be switched over on the week beginning 21st.

Everything has been ok until just now.

I logged in and all of my listings have dissapeared.

I can also not list anything.

I have not received any emails or messages of any kind telling me off a problem.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I have been suspended and i have no idea why tbh.

I spoke to them on livechat and they won't tell me why.

All they said was:

Thanks for giving me time XXX. I know this is very concerning, as I have reviewed the account I found out that your account has been suspended because the pattern of activities we have witnessed present a risk to our eBay community. While we know this is not the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision.

I asked why and they said:

Our decision is based on evidence from our records. We're not comfortable with your selling practices or business model, and we feel they don't help to promote a positive buying and selling environment. Please note that this decision is final and cannot be changed.

Has anyone who has switched to MP had this problem?

Doesn't sound like this has anything to do with MP.
Sounds more like it has to do with your activity and quite possibly the items youre selling.

could be MP related,MP gathers more information of us than just a seller account,you may have been linked to your previous banned account

Last month I had something similar on one 1 account that did not get activated for MP on the advertised date from the email. After a few live chats and a phone call, the situation was escalated to a specialist department that would be able to look into it and hopefully activate MP. Well instead of activating MP, they suspended my account! Here is the email they sent:

When I spoke to someone on the phone they said the department reviewing my account had an issue with the documents I provided despite them being already verfied.

So your suspension could be related to your MP information or possibly the bot being an arse and flagged you for high risk.

I have had the same issue as well as some of my friends that dropshipp.

My documents get accepted like if I was enrolled but I was banned after. This is for sure linked with management payments credit score check or something similiar. It’s like they can see you use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.

I had exactly the same in 4 stealth accounts. I called EBay and for one of the accounts they confirmed it was about their payments partners verifications (something that appeared previously as accepted (

Have you find a way to pass this ? I have had exactly the same problem.

100% same issue its docs, Checking ID.

Same problem have here. Lost store today without any explanation . I was registered MP and was everything good . Receive email couple weeks ago about my MP and says from 21th will be activated but nothing happening until today . Couple days ago they increase my limits on store and saying i doing great job . Today i login and see store suspended/blocked .Check email and there was nothing saying about it....

I used real name but stealth dob and docs.

I think address does not matter.

1 stealth name+dob
2 ⊗⊗⊗⊗ passport/dl
3 bank account name mismatched

One of them matters.

If you have a read here:

It tells you what service Adyen are providing to platforms. I assume as EB are one of the platforms using them to process payments it will be similar. You can see the process they go through and it does appear to be very similar to the registration process of MP.

At the moment I am just trying to get as much info as possible to find a way of getting through MP.
