Item specifics
 

Has anyone else had this problem ?
Ebay ask for Item specifics & when I upload them their ****ty system wont accept them, so what is the point in asking for them ?????????????
I have complained more than a dozen times but the idiots on the other end of the phone just tell me to end my listing & re list all 400 + listing's. what's the point of paying these greedy *astards for a shop front if you get *uck all help !
I have been promised no less than 9 call backs from managers to deal with my complaint & guess how many call backs I have had ZERO ! do these managers even exist ?? One operator says they will connect you with the tech dept, then hangs up, the next one says they don't even have a tech dept & passes you on to an even bigger idiot that barely speaks English.

In my experience, If the MP deadline has been missed, you wont be able to add Item specifics or make any changes to your listings, but to end them.
