Right, so as bad as MP is already in terms of stealth, i have a question.

Just like paypal, has anyone faced a sort of 'EU Limit restriction' for MP.

On paypal, my docs worked well to pass the EU limitation, but i feel MP will bring an end to this.

Has anyone had an experience with MP like this?

No because they are doing deeper checks with agencies upon sign up there will be no need to do that.

They already know who you are.
