Advise needed: Business setup check when registering for MP
 

Hi,

Do you think this MP company wants to see revenue tax documents to check the business setup? The ebay invite say we have to call out the name of any business partners if we have a partnership setup?

But of course I dont want to give more names than needed. Could I say I am a sole trader when actually my business is a partnership setup.

Do you know does Ebay or the MP company require any proof of business setup?

Just provide your info for now, if they ask for more then you might need to provide partner info later. I personally don't think they check that so you should be fine just giving your own info.
