No mp for certain categories
 

I hear managed payments will not be offered to those selling in certain categories?? and that they can continue using PP, if this is true, do people know which categories are will not be enrolled in MP???

My understanding was, given that paypal will eventually be removed altogether, that some categories/items would be removed. TBH it will be no loss to ebay and it's categories which are more problematic than most.

I'm sure in time they will consider re-instating some of them. Personally I hope they don't rush it and think about it.

It's true to say that those sellers who are now on MP cannot list in some categories, the rest of sellers will follow.

What is for sure is that just because you currently list in a restricted category does not mean you will be MP exempt, otherwise everyone would be listing one article in each and this workaround would be well publicised - which it isn't.

The list of prohibited items is easily found on ebay.

I don't know if its a global policy but they reinstated, bullion, coins and paper money in the UK on 23rd February for business sellers on MP.
