MP verification - asking for bank statement
 

Hello,

I have been using ebay with stealth details and MP to my personal details. Everything was fine for couple of months.
Few days ago they suspended all payouts and asking me for bank verification.

I have some pounds suspended on that account and would like to get it back.

What has been done until now:

2 micropayments - accepted.
Then they asked me for ID - done it with **** one.
And now they are asking me for bank statement - any ideas what to do?

That is not everything... my account has been banned now and I can not sell anymore.

Any ideas how to solve a problem and recover money?

Money won't ever come back. They will hold it indefinitely due to ML regulations. How much is stuck inside?

Not much, about 200 but money is money.

Can they hold it forever?

Yup. I had few hundred stuck. They are allowed to hold it permanently due to EU regulations. I tried many times

Did you stuck on statement verification as well?

Did you try to provide **** statement?

Did you not send a bank statement at the point of signing up for MP? Im sure they request it at the start?

No. They did not ask me for it on beginning
