Also been looking in to www.payoneer.com, although on first look, I am not sure this is right for stealth accounts

If you can get a high street bank its the best for paypal withdrawals, most allow mismatched names where some are not so viable.

Given the state of the uk whey they’ve destroyed their own economy with millions out of work it’s difficult opening up bank accounts

Bunk, Revolut, Payoneer all these will work.
Sometimes they might request you to match the name.
