eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Look on the list of countries. It looks to me they can only check EU countries and a few of other lets say developed countries.

I would attach pic if I would know how :)

I have checked the adyen manuals before , my personal conclusion is that they can check anyone located in one of the accepted countries on ebay

and with the rest of the countries there will be payoneer making the checks

because it is already announced by ebay that payoneer will be the main processor for nearly all countries except the major ones being run by adyen

Other users have mentioned success with stealthing et. y with multiple payoner accounts. If they can do that surely it will work with Ebay?

Personally I don't think they can at least in the UK
