Just signed up and looks good?
 

So I changed stealth business to all real apart from home address which is made up

my real name and dob

I confirmed my bank by logging in (easy and straight forward) (I changed my address on my bank app 3 days prior)

I confirmed all details and got an email instantly saying 'You've completed managed payment registration'

5 minutes later I got another email saying 'We couldn't verify the identity you provided' 'you need to upload ID instead'

I uploaded a photo my real passport and 15 minutes later I got another email saying 'Thank you for providing us with the informati.on we requested. We varified your updated details' 'We'll notify you before activating your account for MP''

Does this mean i'm in?? Thanks :))

Was hoping I was home and dry, but nothing that straight forward I guess.

Its my only stealth acc so need it to pass!. you got any idea how long I wait?

I think you’ll be fine as you’ve changed your details on your stealth to your real details therefore no longer stealth.

Update,

This afternoon got an email saying 'Ebay will begin managing your payment' starting next week.

time to get excited or is there another hurdle?

please advise if anybody knows :) thank you

you will need to allow it time until you have successfully withdrawn several thousand pounds. if ebay asked to upload ID this means you could not be verified and any messages confirming you were verified are meaningless because they send them to everybody incl. stealth accounts.

my best guess is that they do it on purpose to conceal who was and was not verified

I just received my first mp payment to my bank (revoult) :amen: So hopefully this will continue. will update this thread again if anything changes :uk:

Did you change your stealth details to real on ebay settings page first, or you just left this as it is and Just changed them while enrolling to MP?

Account still going strong. Ive had about 20 payouts. but the payments are probably less than most sellers on here. approx £50 a day, sometimes less. so that's probably avoided any potential issues so far.

if you use your real details it should be fine. the only risks I see here are with people who start running large volumes suddenly , this is an issue that used to lead to suspensions on paypal and may have the same effect on ebay MP as well

Update - Account still going and sales daily.

Mp Stealth eB@y with Revolut (changed my home address on app a few days prior) then linking bank account. Changed stealth to real on eb@y But using fa@e address. Uploaded P@ssport as it doesn't have address.. :)
