Can't create new listing after MP
 

Hello,

I have 2 accounts switched to MP before deadline last month. Today I could not create new listings. When I clicked finish listing button, it went to error page.

I also encountered the same problem.I switched 2 accounts（deadline is May 31） to MP yesterday,when I create listing,also went to this error page.

Are your two accounts without sales records for a long time?My these 2 accounts without sales records for a long time,at least more than half a year.

I still have 2 accounts(Recent have sales records） registered in early June,also exceeded the deadline,but they can create listing normally.

I contacted ebay online chat yesterday,they said my account no issues,it is an ongoing issue on their site, which is being taken as a concern in higher priorities, and technical team is already looking into it, to resolve this as soon as possible.

Until today, I still can’t create listing normally.

I don't think that is a problem with your account, I think ebay are just having technical problems! It happened to one of my accounts last year, if you wait a while it should sort itself out

Frankly, eBay are a semi-permanent technical problem.

I don't think it's a technical error. I think that MP simply didn't approve you. The process has been and continues to be quick and easy, so I'm guessing that the information that you've provided could not be verified and they just didn't follow up with you.

Just go under "Payments". You'll see if you weren't approved

Yea I think your account has been flagged and they have not approved you now

These things are rarely ebay glitches.

I had this on accounts that I havent signed for MP
