Would this work?
 

My ebay account got suspended and 2 other associated accounts were restricted (brothers and wifes)
I live with my dad, could i setup an ebay account with his details but using the same address and using his bank details? Or is the address now blacklisted? Would i need to do anything else?

Would the address not matter when they do the ID check? or the bank account check if they do credit check?

I would use VPN to use a new ip address, fathers name & dob, new phone number. But where i worry is which address to use? If i use a different address but then when they do ID check it flags as different to whats on ID wouldn't that be a red flag?
Am i missing anything else?

I can confirm that address does not matter and does not have to be real.

It is the ID that matters.
