Will I be able to withdraw?
 

eBay are asking me to send ID verification and until then, I cannot withdraw money. If I send a creative passport, and lets assume it takes one week for them to come back and say it is not valid, will I be sent the £400 that are on hold right now due to the ID verification within the one week? Or do they need to fully verify the ID before I am sent a payment?

I am fine with eBay suspending my account as long as I can withdraw the £400 before then.

No, untill you pass the ID request you will not get penny back sending @@@ ID will suspend your account and they will hold the funds indefinitely

Afraid e2free is correct.
If the account is currently on hold you will not be getting any payouts until all issues are resolved. If those issues remain unresolved those funds are pretty much gone.
