mp question

So I had an account that was restricted ( the address i had on file was never on my credit file)

I opened a new account with real details (one letter change in name) with a address on credit file and all went fine okay they dident ask for any documents and all is working well with that account.

I gave real documents to restricted account and they accepted it, however I have not yet set up for manged payments on that account and am about to just had a few questions first.

Even tho I used the same details I did it correctly and I am pretty sure the accounts are not linked as one of the conditions of lifting the restriction was i couldn't open any more accounts in 90days.

could sighing up for managed payments create a link or would this link not already be made at account creation?

If the address is not on credit file but name matches card will they deffo ask me for documents? do they sometimes just ask for passport and not bank statements?

Could I not just change the address to a old address on my credit file to avoid asking for details?

or would they be able to see previous address and current address thus linking the two accounts?

help much appreciated thanks
